| Account pricing is based on the number of people who will be ordering from your web site (User IDs).
It's important to remember that it is very unlikely that all of your customers will place their orders via your website. Therefore, you do not need a User ID for every customer you have. It is equally important to note that at some large customers you may have to setup a User ID for more than one person. |

| The lowest level of participation available includes up to 100 User ID's is $225/month. A $15/month discount is given to any company charging their subscription to a credit card (preferred) bringing the price to only $210/month. |

| There are no additional or hidden charges for the OCS Access Online Ordering Solution outside of higher level participation user blocks described below. Your monthly subscription includes all setup as well as technical support via phone, fax or email. |
