Account pricing is based on the number of people who will be ordering from your web site (User IDs).
It's important to remember that it is very unlikely that all of your customers will place their orders via your website. Therefore, you do not need a User ID for every customer you have. It is equally important to note that at some large customers you may have to setup a User ID for more than one person.
The monthly license fees indicated above include use of the OCS Access Online Ordering Solution, initial setup,
technical support and periodic bug fixes or standard software enhancements which OCS Access may release on a nonscheduled basis.
