Your Company Name

Page Footer Email Address

This email address will be displayed on the page footer as the contact link. Most people use an info@ or sales@ email address. Messages are rarely sent from this link.

"Contact Us" Form Email Address

When the user uses the "Contact Us" page form, what email address would you like the form results to go to?

Order Receipt Email Settings

When a user places an order, a copy of the order can be sent to you via email, what address would you like these directed to?

What email address would you like displayed in the "FROM" field when the user receives an order email receipt?

Email Reminders Email Address

Would you like to be copied on email reminders when they are sent out? If so, what address should be copied. Depending on how aggressively you use the system, reminders can represent a lot of messages. You may want to stop being copied after a while. You do not have to fill this in if you would not like to be copied on these emails.

Email Reminders Schedule

Reminders are sent based on the next scheduled delivery date in most backend systems. How many days prior to this date would you like reminders to be sent?

Your Email Settings (Not Applicable If Hosting With Weblications)

In order to get reminders working, we need to know your outgoing (SMTP) mail server, a user name & login for the mail server & if authentication is required. Please refer to your technical contact if these settings are unknown.

Online Ordering Rush Order Requests

When a user places a "Rush" order, meaning they requested an alternate delivery date, up to 3 email addresses can receive notification on the user's special request. What address(es) would you like these directed to?
